• The video couldn't be processed. Make sure the video is public and hasn't been deleted. Videos from private accounts can't be downloaded.
• The link wasn't recognized. Copy it again with Share → Copy link, then paste it again.
• The service is busy. Wait a few seconds, then press Download once more.
• The video opens in a new tab. Tap the ⋮ menu or press and hold the video, then choose Download.
• The video isn't in your iPhone's Photos. Check the Files app, in the Downloads folder, and save it to Photos from there.

Download a friend's or someone else's TikTok video
